Exam failures that occur after 60 days of the purchase date do not qualify for purposes of this guarantee.
- Failure within 7 days after the purchase date. BeITCertified highly recommends the candidates to take at least 7 days to prepare for the exam with BeITCertified study material, it will make you understand the exam very well and pass the exam much more easily.
- Wrong purchase. (BeITCertified is free from the duty of wrong purchase; the customer must confirm they choose the correct exam)
- Free exam. (No matter failed or wrong choice)
- Expired order(s).
- Failure after 60 days of purchase date.

How to Claim the Refund/Exchange?
When claiming the guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and you will need to send us a scanned copy of your failed exam at supportmgr@beitcertified.com.
